$10,000 in cash & prizes on the line as the High Q Test is now open Registration

OKLAHOMA CITY - Registration is now open for the Remington Park High Q Test, a free online handicapping contest for the 2012 American Quarter Horse & Mixed-breed Season. The High Q Test will begin on Friday, March 16 and continue thru the final day of the season, Memorial Day Monday, May 28.

Over $10,000 in cash and prizes will be given away to winning and eligible players of the High Q Test with a Grand Prize of $5,000! Cash prizes will be paid down to 10th place for eligible players.

The High Q Test challenges players to select a horse in each of three selected contest races per race date at Remington Park. As long as the selected horse finishes first, second, third or fourth in their respective race, the player moves on to the next race date. The main goal is to 'survive' throughout the entire High Q Test and the end of the season on May 28. Those that make it all the way to the end, will then be ranked based on 'virtual' win, place and show (1st, 2nd and 3rd) payoffs their selected horses earned during the High Q Test. No 'virtual' payoff is credited for a fourth-place horse but the player stays alive in the High Q Test.

At the beginning of the High Q Test, each player will start with 1 Lucky Horseshoe, which can be used in case none of their selections manage a top-four finish in a race on a given date. The Lucky Horseshoe allows the player to continue in the High Q Test but can only be used once.

All selections for the High Q Test must be made no later than 30-minutes prior to the beginning of racing at Remington Park on any date during the run of the contest. Remington Park racing normally begins at 6pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday afternoon racing normally begins at 1:30pm. All times are central.
